Gensheng first quarter production and operation meeting -- cost reduction and efficiency improvement
On the morning of April 21, 2021, the first-quarter production and operation meeting of Zhejiang Jasan Group Co., Ltd. was held at the group headquarters as scheduled. Group President Zhang Maoyi presided over the meeting, Vice presidents Guo Xianghong, Hu Tianxing, Zhang Wangwang, Li Xugen, Fang Wei, Zhou Wanyong, as well as general managers of bases and functional department managers of headquarters attended the meeting. Among them, Vietnam base and Guizhou base participated in this meeting by video.
The meeting focused on summarizing and analyzing the completion of production and sales in each sector of the group in the first quarter of 2021, analysis of existing problems and suggestions, as well as the work plan for the second quarter.
First of all, the general manager of Jiangshan Base, Vietnam Haiphong Base, Shangyu Qiaer Tingting, Guizhou Dingsheng Base, Vietnam Xing 'an Base has reported the production and operation of cotton socks and seamless plate in the first quarter, including: Production quantity, sales quantity, sales volume, variable cost, profit rate, inventory and so on. At the same time, some problems in production and management are analyzed and some measures are suggested.
Then, Guo Xianghong, vice president of the group, made a periodic results report on the sales of cotton socks in the first quarter, and Li Xugen, vice president, analyzed the seamless sales in the first quarter. Group Chief Financial Officer Zhou Wanyong, chief technical engineer Fang Wei, Vice President Hu Tianxing, Vice President Zhang Wangwang respectively on the first quarter of the financial budget completion rate, assessment system, asset management, sample insurance, industry and project construction and capital market on the periodic report analysis.
Finally, President Zhang Maoyi made a summary of this meeting.
First of all, affirmed the group's overall operating situation in the first quarter is relatively good, put forward two "gratifying" : cotton socks sales and benefits exceed expectations; Seamless business from the second half of last year to adjust the strategy, customer development this do well. At the same time also raised two "concerns" : cotton socks program control needs to be strengthened; Seamless plate in the strategic transition, need to be prepared, in times of peace and danger.
Through this meeting, President Zhang Maoyi made the following instructions on the work arrangement for the next quarter: 1. Strengthen the planning management of cotton socks sector; 2. 2. Speed up the production capacity of cotton socks in Vietnam coastal defense base; 3. Plan to finish the production of Guizhou Kinsheng Sportswear in mid-June; 4. Follow up the landing and execution of new customer orders in seamless plate; 5. Improve the one-time success rate of seamless plate development and shorten the development schedule; 6, continue to do a good job of cost reduction and efficiency; 7. The construction of various projects was accelerated, and the construction of projects in Dingsheng, Xing 'an and Qinghua was accelerated.
In general, 2021 will be a year of turnaround for Genthrix Group. The first quarter has started well and we have made good steps. We believe that the following quarters will be better and better!
